Want To Create A New Group

I had put in for deletion of my old group Babbs Café

I can still get into the group but can not do new topics etc.

Anyways I want to get rid of that group and create a new one
Everytime I try to create a new one it won't let me
keeps saying that email already exists
Can someone please fix this problem for me

Hi There @Babbs123,

I believe when you refer to group you mean forum. You can use www.forumotion.com/utils to access the founder account and delete the forum. Once you have deleted your forum you should've able to use your email address.

When you say you are deleting it, are you doing so in ACP-->General-->Forum Deletion and following the steps there?

Hello even if you delete your forum the Email address you used will stay in our servers for some time.

I am not sure why you would want to delete your forum when you can just change the URL and the name of your forum in your Admin panel there would be no reason to delete it and start a fresh forum.

I would keep the group and use it but
as of now I can't create new topics or anything

What do you mean you cant create new topics? Do you get an error message or something?

No error message just no link for create new topic, reply

Can you check if you have an image for new topic/reply? You can check this in: ACP(Admin Control Panel) > Display > Pictures and Colors > Pics management > Buttons
