Member gets error when clicks on friend list

My member Michele was saying when she clicks on a friend list she gets an error like I copied and pasted below--can you help her please

is it just one member that is getting this problem ?

If possible, have them try clearing their cache and cookies on their browser to see if that fixes it. A fast method to clear cache and cookies for any browser EXCEPT Safari is to do Shift + Control + Delete which will bring up the clear cache window on your browser. Again, that doesn't work for Safari since Apple designed their browser differently.

Another member Clare complained of the same thing--if more members are having this issue I am not aware of it

I don't know but I don't have this problem with any other group I'm in, just this one, which is weird.
It worked until forumotion screwed around with whatever they were doing.

When are you referring to? The only recently thing was an issue with servers.

The other day even I couldn't get in for the night an the next day so it was like an over night thing you were doing in here as no one could get in and we got the error or downtime that lets you know the sites are being worked on--all sites were unavailable at that time. She means when you finally came back up

I can't see it being a server problem as this would be doing it to all your members and hundreds of other forums and this one member is the only one having a problem.

The problem we had the other day was down to a server problem and nothing was lost or changed after the fix was done our end.

What you can try is one thing more

Go to your ACP >> Users & Groups >> Users >> Users options >> Allow friends/foes management : No then Save

then go and resynchronize your forum then go back to the setting i just gave you and then turn it back on again.

What this does is rests your tools on our servers and tells our servers to sort them self out.

This can sometimes help fix small bugs in the pipe lines.
