No merge topic operation in Mod Tools

I have recently set up a Forum using Forumotion and I would like to merge two Topics. A search of these Help pages suggests that there should be a Merge option in Mod Tools, but I am not seeing this option if I log in as Admin or as a Moderator.

I have Delete, Move, Lock and Unlock buttons only. With Move I can move a topic to a different Forum but this isn't what I want to do.

What has happened is that User A has started a Topic which others have replied to. User B has started a new Topic, but it should have been a reply to the Topic started by User A. Can I move the Topic started by User B to become a reply to the Topic started by User A?

I thought if I could Merge both Topics, this would sort the problem out.

I will see if i can help you on this one.
It sounds like the image is just missing.

I will ask you to take a look in your Admin Control panel we will use our short text for this as (ACP)

Log in as the founder of the forum and follow this step.

ACP >> Display tab >>  Pictures and Colors >> Pics management >> Advanced Mode >>

Find icons for topic's tab >> scroll down to find >> Merge topics : see if there is a image

if yes then we need to find out why this is not showing.
if it is missing then we need to make a new one so it will show up again.

Yes, there is an image. I do not see any of these icons when I click on the 'moderate this forum' link.



The buttons below are what I see when I click on the 'moderate this forum' link when logged on as an administrator. If I log on as a moderator I get the buttons in a similar style, but fewer of them

I have solved the problem. I used the link you gave me to replace the icons with a different set, saved them - and they appeared in my Forum. I have now changed them back to the original icons and they are still there.
