Cant renew domain name

Hey guys, so i apparently missed the deadline which was Sept 19th 2019 to renew my domain name, didn't even know about it until today. The problem is i can't use the domain name because it says its not available. But its available for sale on go daddy. Is there a time frame for getting this back or is it lost? Thanks

What is the original link to your forum?  Also what package do you have?

www.gmbbodyforum.com is the address i need but the original address is https://77-79capriceimpala.forumotion.com/ i have the middle package, i believe the advanced package.

Yes i do have a current payment package. The problem is i cant select my domain name to spend the 1200 credits on.

If you let the domain completely expire, then depending whether we still have control of the domain, you may have to wait until the domain becomes available on the market again (there is a 30 day period between the renewal grace period and when the domain becomes available to purchase again on the market).

To avoid such problems in the future, we strongly recommend renewing the domain in your admin panel BEFORE it expires, so that there is no risk of it leaving our control and being bound by the waiting periods Godaddy has.

If you want, I can submit a ticket asking our team to manually renew the domain if it's still in our system's control.

Ok I have made a ticket, I will keep you updated as I get more info.

Please make sure you have at least 1200 credits in your admin panel, so that if it is still in our system, head office can manually process the renewal with the credits in your admin panel.

It must be since the domain name loads when you load the forum.
