Solved Newsletters

forum version is phpBB3 (prosilver)

We have the advanced package and should be able to send 4 newsletters per month.
I sent 3 in January and 1 in February. I should have 3 left for this month correct?
The admin panel is showing that we only have the ability send 1 more this month.
Can this be adjusted please?

Has it exactly been 30 days from the time you purchased the package or send the first newsletter?

We have had this package since last year. I sent two newsletters in January and one this month (February) Shouldn't we still have three for February? Does it not mean per calendar month?

hello,
newsletters counting is done on the basis of rolling months, not calendar months...
