Why my new forum is locked?

A friend tried to sign Up but he didnt receive the confirmation link?
What can I do?

This is normal if your forum is new.
the founder / Admin has to do this until the forum get's used more.
Admin Control Panel Settings:
ACP >> Users & Groups Tab >>
Down the left hand side find >> Users >> Inactive users >>
tick the new members and then click Activate

If Yes please scroll up the topic to the top and click the Mark solved button this then tells us it's solved so we can close the topic
