My Premium Package Has Expired

Hi everyone! Its me again...

My premium packaged forum (www.superjuniorturkey.com) just expired... So all of my forum address are broken... I could'nt renew my package because of TL/Euro/Dollar exchange rate differences... The packages are really so expensive for me and last year I won 3 of forumotion competitions and I get so many credits from you... So I can buy a premium package from forumotion ~

But this year this is impossible to renew it for me, and you did'nt ornagize any competition this year. And forumotion's Turkish support forum ''yetkinforum.com'' no longer available... And all of ''yetkinforum.com'' domains broked and my visitors can't login my forum site... I have so many visitors and everyone ask me about how they can login my forum... Please help me...

Yeah, I can see it too, but my so many visitors can't see...
This second photo came from my visitor, and I try it from another device (from my sister's) then I can't see it too...

The Yetkinforum (Forumotion) was blocked in Turkey as well as thousands of other sites (censorship) the only possibility is the use of a proxy / vpn or a custom domain

Yeah, you're right, but before the got preminum package, my forum domain ending with .bestforumlive.com and everyone can see it. Just I really feel so bad, and I don't know what can I do... Even if my package was expire I can't renew my domain from another platforms...

If you have a PayPal account you can renew every month maybe it's easier and you can put an ad on your forum to help you

You're right but I don't have enough money for renew to one or every month... Dollar and Euro just really so expensive in my country... And I tried to put an ad but google did'nt send me the code for a long time...

Hi @yumm Sadly we can not do anything to help you on this matter.

We understand the packages may be a little high but this is how we make our money to keep the host open to all.
With out our package's and our ad's on the forum we would no longer be here.

We are sorry we never ran any contests this year it is just we don't really have the members taking part any more and the money to keep running them.

I ran one not so long ago and No one took part so we stopped them.

The only way to fix this right now is to change your URL by the ACP or pay for a package again. sadly other then that we can not help you Sorry

Also we have no control over countries blocking access to parts of the Internet.  Like APE said, you can see if you can change the extensions of your forum here:  AP > General > Forum > Forum Address

The only solution I can propose you concern the free domain. I can change "yetkinforum.com" by another free domain (forumotion.com, ...) but I don't know which one is blocked in Turkey and which on is not blocked.

Can you ask to your members if they have some issues to open forums on forumotion.com, for instance this support forum?

I try it before but sadly there is only yetkinforum.com on this panel...

I prefer to warn you that the forum's SEO will be affected by this change. Indeed, it is a change of address which therefore has an SEO impact, in particular on Google.

Are you sure I can change the forum domain?

Already all of my SEO affected by domain diffecances to yetkinforum.com ... All of my links that first place on google are broken, and anyone reach them...

Lastly, my domain expired but why I can't buy it from another server? Maybe I can buy only domain name and I transport my videos there, so my google SEO did'nt affected by domain difference...

If you want to recover the domain name superjuniorturkey.com from your own registrar, this manipulation (a transfer) is possible but:

- I must check that the deadline is not exceeded and that we still have control over the renewal.
- You must credit your account with 1200 credits which are the cost of renewal for us.
- You will not be able to use this domain with your forum without taking an Advanced package.

Regarding the free domain of your forum, please let me know if I change the domain for forumotion.com or not.

That one is Easy NO you can not transfer it another platform outside of our host.

@yumm : since the renewal has not been carried out, we lost control of the domain name which no longer belongs to us. According the WHOIS of the domain "superjuniorturkey.com", the new owner is Afternic.com.
