Solved Problems with newsletters after sending

I am the founder of Artistic Tag Passions Forum https://artistictagpassions.forumotion.com/forum
I sent 1 newsletter today and it sent 2 (which happens every single time I send a newsletter) so it counted it as 2 newsletters in the admin control panel.
This is an ongoing problem.
I have phpBB3 (prosilver)

It will send one as a test post to you and then when you are happy with it then you send the live one to your members you will then get a copy of it again and it will list as two on your forum but it should only count as one live news letter.

It must have fixed itself. After I sent it did subtract 2 but it's back now.
