In the mobile version of my forum, the top "create new topic" button does not work.

In the mobile version of my forum, the top "create new topic" button does not work, however the lower circular pencil icon button works fine to create a new topic.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
I am not using any themes except the default one.

Edit: there was a bug here but it should be fixed now. Can you test the button please?
