Well, in the United States, the holiday season begins the day after Thanksgiving and goes to New Years Day.

I don't like these parties, which are just consumerism, we have problems eating well all year round because of the prices and on those dates we spend the money we don't have, buying things we don't buy all year long, while in other places they are starving, and cold.

For those of you who enjoy these festivities, have a good time, be careful with alcohol, if you are going to drive

It has always been this way even when I was growing up. We had the We are the World which also included a Christmas song. If you do not know what it was, it was a charity to raise money for the famine in Ethiopia.

Mi friends Im 60 years old , U.S.A. for Africa 1985 .I was 23 years old, my generation sang it almost every day.
