No,Don't worry, they are different things, the admin password can only be changed in the forum, and the foundation password, in the founder's tools.

Once an account has been created on Servimg.com via your forum, it is no longer linked to your forum account. This means that any change of email address or password for the forum will not change the corresponding data on Servimg and vice versa.

The short answer to your question as Skouliki said is that yes Forumotion's Parent Company E-Toxic owns and operates Servimg. While it is technically a separate service from Forumotion, the 2 are closely tied together with Servimg being the official image host for images hosted on Forumotion forums.
