Hello i would think this is down to your internet provider.

Images are always a problem with slow loading.

On laptops and tablets if you hover your mouse pointer over the forum your see the sites URL's that are loading down on the bottom left hand side. This tells us what data is being loaded at the time.

If the URL is not changing for a long time then this is your problem.

If you are working with Forum2x2 and Forumotion forums from Russia, it is possible that Roskomnadzor is blocking some of your IP's. Each forum uses several IP's, so it may be available for you for some time, than again not available.

If you can give me the example of the forum which is not loaded, I can take a look in order to see why the IP are blocked. But unfortunately we probably can not solve the problem. It will depend, firstly, on whether we find the reason for the blocking, and secondly, if the "illegal content" responsable for the blocking is also considered as illegal by Forumotion and European law.
