Description of problem

Hi i cant send news letters or email to others through my forum as it used to be called http://airsoft.forumotion.com/ and has now changed to http://airsoft.iftopic.com/ not had people registering for a long time.

When you try to send an email or newsletter, does it give you an error message? If so, what is the error message?

Do the newsletters appear in the archive? If so, please note that it can take 24 hours to a week send out, depending on how many newsletters are going out on our system and how many are ahead if yours.

hello

To know if it's been sent out and your members have got them.. go to admin panel....tracking and archives it will show up there if it's sent but this don't mean all your members have them
please note that the system is a little slow if you have lots of members

cant find where tracking and archives is in admin panel

okay it looks like your News letters was sent out and the news letters was delivered.

Please note that we had a change to our systems for members that are in the EU
we had to update all profile.

This was dew to the new data protection act 2018

so news letter settings and Email settings may have been turned off on all your members in the EU.

my advice is to make sure all your members look in the profile setting and see if news letter's and Emails is now turned on.
