ban ip AND remove content

There is this member on my site who joins up loads of times, doesn't make a post but clicks the report abuses button. He is spamming the abuses up with loads of sexual content.
How do I ban his ip, even though he hasn't got any posts and how do I remove all of those abuses?

to ban his IP, ACP > users and groups > ban control

Also you can ban by email if it has IP changer

ban control doesnt work if he hasnt posted and he changes his email all the time.

To get the member's IP address you would have to be on when the member is. Go the the first page of your administration panel. Look at the right side of the bottom of the page. It lists who is online with their IP addresses.

ok how do i remove the false reports he made.
