i was hoping that wasn't the case.

However you can do this for now:

- Make a new javascript file
- click 'only in topics' or whatever it says. don't put it on all pages.
- paste this code into it:

You will need to go into the CSS and style it too. It has the id of #rules

This will make it appear on ALL topics.
Writing the script for only certain topics would requre me to visit your board and learn more about what you want doing which would take a long time.
