Members can not edit or delete their own posts

Please help, In my forum members can not edit or delete their own posts even thought in the Forum Permissions Control all the box are checked giving the members the permissions to edit and delete their owm posts. Am I missing something somewhere?
I have tried re-synchronize the forum but nothing work.

Are the members seeing the delete and edit buttons in the posts/threads?

I thought as slg, try to check it: Go to Administration Panel => Display => Pictures and colors => Pics management => Advanced mode => Buttons => Style Element:
Edit post : Image
Delete this post : Image

Nope. The members can not see the edit or delet buttons on their posts. Even the moderators can not see them, Only the Admin can see them.

Could you please post a screenshot of a post that you can see and a post of what a member/moderator see.

Thank you Gassy and SLG for quick respond! It is not about the edit and delet button are visible or not, It is something else. But today my forum back to normal, everyone can edit and delete their own posts now.
I dont know why the forum took a couples days to take affect with some changes.
