Solved Registration Issue

I am having an issue with the registration on my forum, http://ncs6th.forumotion.com. It will not let anyone register. Here is the screen shot. Registration Issue Regist10

I have looked under my settings, I am allowing new members.


Registration Issue No_mem10

Am I doing anything wrong or is this a bug?
