Banned user tries to access forum

There was a problem in the forum I am an admin, so we had to ban and delete a member. She still tries to log in the forum, even though the forum owner has banned her IP and any other possible IPs she may use. She also tried to report the forum and log in the admin panel.

Two days ago, I was informed that she used a program for brute force log in. She also uses proxys to view (and even access) the forum, so it's getting harder to locate her and try to keep her away.

She has come to our forum from different IP addresses, but most of them are in the same location, which I am not going to mention, since I don't think it's necessary at this point.

So what I want to say is, is there a way to completely ban this specific person from viewing the forum?

I would really appreciate a response. The whole thing is really consuming and nerve wracking. Thanks in advance.

Try changing the registration where administrators have to approve each account. Also continue banning each account the banned member makes.

We have already done that. All new accounts are like that. She's not making any new accounts though, she just tries to get on the forum, even as a guest and view the threads that are guest accessible.

If you have areas visible to guests, then she is not logging into the forum. How do you know that she tried to log into the administration panel and is trying to log in as a guest? A guest can not log in without an account.

I am aware of that. The forum owner noticed she was trying to log in the administration panel and informed me. She was trying to report the forum, so maybe that's why? I don't know about that.

Yeah, I know this is not the same as you want, but, this is related to forum admin panel, so you said that he can log into administration panel.

No. But I guess there isn't a way to prevent a certain person to view the forum, so if there isn't, then yes, it's solved.

Make all your categories and forums viewable for members and up and also go to user & groups // special rights.

But this will hurt your forum as it won't be indexed on Google, Yahoo or Bing.

I'm guessing there is no way to get rid of the stalker and to not make the whole forum viewable to members and up. Thanks for the suggestions.
