I cant really tell by that screen shot,
It may be because you do not have all of them on,
'So you might have to arrange them in your nav bar options.
Other then that i would have to see the site and see if there is a way to get it with css.
But be sure to check your nav bar settings and put them in a order where they are next to each other if there are others that are not being used in-between

If that dose not do it then it's just how the skin is set up and you would have to create your own custum nav bar and place the code in your overall header template
it's not hard to create one, if you post a few of the images i can make an example one along with easy to follow directions, But it would basically just be basic html with image linking.
I am sure css could be used to.
Other then that post a screen shot of how they are positioned in your nav bar list in the acp.
That's why i was asking if there are some you may have taken out. because i dont see calender,portal or groups, FAQ. So you have to be sure that the ones that are not showing are not in between any of them in the nave bar list.. move them all together, there are up and down arrows tO move them in the nav bar options list.
