New members forbidden even though i checked the "allow new members" box
I checked the "allow new members" box on my forum, but still nobody can join. My website is http://pokeshadows.forumotion.com/. Any help?

In additional, check Users => Inactive users. Or, General => Forum => Security => Security Administration => Unauthorize subscriptions made with the most commonly used spam usernames. : No.
