How i solved this messsge

(Administrators have forbidden any new members)

Go to Administration Panel => Users & Groups => Users => User Options => Allow new members => Yes

Ramdaman check pm

Oh okay. Problem should be solved. In the future, never give your founder password to anyone, as they can mess up your forum like that.

What I did was turn off the "Forum In Construction" and "Forum on Holiday" in Administration Panel => General => Forum => Configuration.
