Administration Panel > General > Forum > Categories & Forums
Press the modify button by each forum and check for these at the top of the page:
See links in messages:
See images in messages:

Thanks I knew it had to do with settings just not which - Anyways 1 more thing

Did you change the permissions for members?

Go to the forum's permissions and set the who can see the forum and it's messages to members

This is solved...Whenever I post <Transaction Complete> It considers it an incorrect html code or something and doesn't show. It's fine I can use other symbols or none at all doesn't matter
