problems with reg

ok i have friends from another site that has tried registering.

the first guy tried and it said You are not allowed to reg on this forum

2nd guy tried and says Username is already in use he wanted the name flint and i dont have

anyone reg already with that

please help these are friends there is nothing wrong with these guys

yes i have had 3 other guys sign up already just a day ago they had no problems

so why don't you just register them, give them a pass and tell them they can change the pass to what they want when they log in

If it's only happening to this person or a couple people then i would just register them my self with whatever email they give you etc. Just have them change the pass to what they want when they log in.

Now if you are not able to register them and it's saying this user already exists/user name already taken, then they have to be in the inactive members list and was never activated yet.
look in new users, user deactivated and user with no messages.

ok i never thought of reg for them ill activate automatic sign up then ill see if i can do that

for the life of me i cant remember where the option is to set it to where they dont have to validate their email
