- Why when someone sees a topic many times (example) 9 times, Views also increased 9 times.
I just want to when a member sees a topic many times, views only increased 1
So are suppose 2 members saw one the same topic, automatic views will increase 2 only.

- How to make the subject when create a new topic colored only admins can use

To remove the adverts you must purchase credits and remove them for the whole site. That answers Number 1.

For number 2, are you asking if it is possible to disable the views feature?
