Member's Moderator Rank Will Not Show Up

I have made a member a Moderator, but their title says Newby with the Newby's Rank. I've created a Moderator group and assigned the member to it. I also created a Moderators Rank and set it as Special Rank with no minimum post. Is there something else I need to do? Help!!

Go to:

1) ACP.
2) Advanced mode.
3) Users and Groups tab.
4) Search user > insert his name and hit search.
5) Click on his name.
6) Scroll down till bottom.
7) Rank title:

Then save.
