Can't reach our forum

Please help us.

Since today afternoon we can't reach our forum. There is a system failure message.

I tried it with explorer, chrome and safari.

No any succes yet.

OK. I switched out the wifi on my phone and with 3G network I can see it. It's fine.

But via my laptop it still doesn't work. May there is a problem with my router, but what can be this problem. Yesterday it worked fine via this router.

Any Idea?

Hi this sounds like it could be a problem with your network.
Give this a try please

Modem reset
Please turn your Router off and leave it for 30 seconds and shut down your laptop / Computer and leave for 30 seconds or more. now boot up your laptop/ computer and do the following step
Start menu >> All programs >> Accessories >> system tools disk cleanup
tick all the boxes and run a clean up
this will clean any unwanted files on your laptop / computer.

once this is done turn your modem
/ router back on and see if you still have the problem.
if this is still showing as a problem call your ISP and give them the address of your forum and ask them if there is a block on there end.

One's more thanks for your responses. We close this topiv as solved, because the problem is somewhere in my flat

Through my router I can see the forum with my Ipad, but no with my iPhone or with my laptop.

Now I'm working, and from here I can see the forum with the laptop, iPhone, Ipad.
Using 3G network there is also no any problem.

My router is a shit. Sorry.
