[Help]HTML Codes

I want to make a forum, have anything I want from ideas to manually do it but what I wanted is to make a html page where people could buy there.
Example.
I click an "Activate Signature" image in the shop
then, the buyer will automatically post his purchase on the comment box below saying
"User purchased Activate Signature" and then after an admin logs-in he will manually do the job (reducing the purchaser's points, activating his signature, etc.)

Hi,

I will not be create an HTML page for you. But it's easy. All you have to do is creat a list with your ideas. Then, link em to a thread for em to post their "I want to buy "signature". Because, what you are wanting, you'll have to have knowledge of CSS and JavaScript and HTML in order to do exactly what your wanting.

If I have some free time maybe I'll create an HTML page for you.
