Solved Unauthorize members ....

Unauthorize members with less than a week registration to post external links and emails :

Can some one tell me what dose it means in simple English ;p?
I know my English is not so Good but can some one try ;p?

They are not allowed to post links and emails for 7 days from the time they register.

If you press, yes: They will not be able to post links & emails for 7 days...
