Solved Registration Problems

Hi~

I have created a new forum a week ago. A few of my friends have signed up, and it went all fine, however, yesterday and today two of my friends tried signing up and got into trouble. They registered just like everyone else, after registration, their account however, don't appears in the memberlist. When they try to register with the same name they tried before again, a message comes up with that the username is already taken. What is going wrong? When one of those friends tried to register again with a new name, everything went fine. I don't get it!

Administration Panel > Users & Groups > Users > Inactive Users
