Having many user registration problems

I know I have had this problem for months . I can't seem to find the old posts here . No matter never got any answers . 
  To be specific . There are around a dozen ( 12 ) individuals that ended up with a deleted account . Whether it was by my hand or their own . they / we cannot figure out how to reregister them back in. I have suggested everything I know . And don't know . If I were to log out and create an account for them . Would that work and what info would I need to create it ? So that they could then log in and then change whatever ? I have already tried it with one individual . The account is created . I can see it . I gave him the info . He cannot get in it says that his info is already being used . It says the same thing to some other individuals that are trying to get back in . and cannot . I need to do something about this . Please .
  I have asked them to clean and clear their caches and cookies . hasn't helped .

Go to Admin Control Panel --> General --> Security --> Unauthorize subscriptions made with the most commonly used spam usernames --> No --> Save 
  I just tried this IDK if it will help .

You could bring their accounts back using the forum utilities. Just perform a restore https://www.forumotion.com/utils .

Ok . I think I screwed myself . I went to forum utilities . I entered what I thought was my founders email and password . Selected restore members and messages for a certain date . Clicked validate . Successful . Only problem is . It wasn't my forum . It was another one I started a while back . Now I don't know or remember my founder info for my main forum . OOPS .

Well you can always reset it by following the steps in the tutorial I mentioned above azwiz.

Good news . I had saved my founder info in another place also . I found it and now have full utility access .
  This part is solved .
  I am not sure I want to risk restoring . Not clear on it enough . If I pick a restore date for members and restore those . It says it deletes new members since the restore date . Not clear how to restore those back . do I just restore again back to current date ?

Not if you do it twice. Restore it to an older date (to get the members back) then do it a 2nd time to the latest restore date, this will re add your current members and posts.

Ok I am fkd again . I performed the the messages and users restore and then did it again to the soonest restore point . Which is 3 24 2015 . I now have a bunch of guys i didn't want back and none of the ones that couldn't get in and everyone that registered after 3 24 2015 is not there . I am 3 times worse than I was . Dammit . Very bad suggestion I don't think you ought to tell any one about that one again . You have no idea what I have been through with this expletive expletive for months . I finally get a suggestion from you and it makes it 3 times worse . How about you explain it to my forum members especially the new ones who didn't have to deal with this before now . I am serious . I want you to explain the entire dilemma to them and what they have to do to get back in and why it is that they are having to do this . Once you figure out how to contact them now that their information is gone . I will be waiting believe me .

Read that very carefully please . I am about to explode . I hope you have some answers .  Let me reiterate . I restored my forum back about a month . Then I thought I could then restore back the new members like you said it would . Turns out the latest restore point available is 3/24/2015 . Now you can add 8 more members to the missing list . It restored only 2 of the 6 that were not getting in . And restored 6 that probably never wanted back including testaccount and Draxion . So what started as an attempt to restore 6 members only restored 2 of those and added 8 more making a total of 12 now . 12 very good new members that I now have no way to contact . Plus the program seems to have stopped at 50 no one told me there was a limit of 50 members for this . Will be interesting to see what you have to say about this .

Care to explain this ?
 

  LOL I got in but I had to use my founder password . WOW .

Found out what is keeping me from seeing more than 50 . there is no page 2 for the member list . Now that I am in AP I see now that everyone was restored . But on the homepage it lists the first 50 with no prompt for a page 2 to view the remaining 27 . Must be a code for that .


  Ok it looks like it just takes some time for everything to reset . I think everything is coming back .

Hey its alright, I totally understand, I would freak out too if something wasn't working on my forum. I have in fact had to do this before, I had members deleted for no reason as well. I glad it all worked out for you anyway.

P.s I didnt see any of your replies until they were solved anyway, I was in bed asleep .
