Ignore list bug?

A member of my forum reported to me that he can see the posts of those who placed in his foes list. I tried it out as well and yeah it's displaying instead of being hidden. The option below to display the post is there, but the post is automatically visible. Is there a problem with the foes list?

Try deactivating the friends and foes management, then activate it again.

Tried the two suggestion over and over and it's still the same. Also the "This post was made by username who is currently on your ignore list. Display this post." is appearing below and not above the post. I'm using PunBB version by the way.

If in case you have edited that template, please delete it.

Tried it and yeah, seems like the problem was with the template. But I've been trying to find out what part I have edited that triggered this error but no luck at all. xD

Here's my modified viewtopic_body...
I've modified that for quite a long time already, I may not remember all the purpose of my editing, specially the small ones. But what I do clearly remember is I moved the post options to the posthead and I did some modifications in the vote part(with the help of css as well).

Yeah. It's too buggy. Better if you reset it then ask for new topic for support, if you want to change something.
