Cant view HTML

So i have HTML turned on for my forum but when i add an html page and go to preview it it shows the HTML document but nothing else
Forum address is http://sir-mayo.forumotion.com/
Forum type is PHBB2.

Any idea why this is going on?

I added this entire code in as an Html page.
It works on one of my forums but not the other

Try saving it first, then click edit on the html then click the preview. I don't know if it will work, but just a suggestion.

Um well I'm Stupid, I was in Plain Text, not HTML i had to hit this button


So um Yea now it works THANKS FOR trying But it was An error on my part.
