Can I Make A Same Website But Deferent Names For Example

My Wordpress(Example Only) Website Name:http://www.testing.net

So you want your two Forumotion forums to have the same name? It is not possible to have two forums with the same name.

No!I Mean I Create My Forum With Forumotion And The Name Of Site Is http://testing.highforum.net And I Want Another Website But The Same Topic And I Created My Forum With Another Website Builder(Weebly,Wordpress,ETC...) And The Name Of The Site Is http://www.testing.net Just Like That

If it is the same exact link, then no you would not be able to have that if it already a domain in use.

like say this link would be available for you to buy the domain and have as your forumotion forum.

Because the domain would already be in use you would not be able to create another site with the same exact link as above.
but now if you did a .com or .org or had the link slightly different , then yes.
But would never be able to have the same exact link for a domain that already exist.
