Forum Creation Not Possible?

Description of problem

I've been trying to create a forum on this host for several days now but it just doesn't seem possible. I've tried using Firefox and Microsoft Edge and on both the drop down box for the url creation is blank. When I try to create a forum in Firefox I get a message that suchandsuch. is already taken even when the forum doesn't exist. I can only assume it's because the .forumotion.x is empty with no choice to fill it. If I try in Microsoft Edge I don't get a message but rather redirected back to the homepage.

I've tried clearing my cookies and cache in both browsers and the result is still the same. I've (hopefully) included a screenshot of the forum creation page in Firefox. It might be worth noting that the drop down box is larger in Edge but still empty.

You should use another email address. You are redirected because the email address you wanna use is already used on Forumotion platform.

That's not it, I just tried with a new email and it still redirects me. And like I said, there are no options available to complete the url to make the forum. I also used my main email to try to restore an old deleted forum just to see and I get a message saying the forum doesn't have a backup file to restore.

I just want to confirm this is a known issue currently on Forumotion. The techs are aware of the issue and are working on a solution.

In the meantime, please be patient while we await the fix for this.
