Usergroup doesn't show up on the forum legend.

Hi. I am an Administrator on a forum. We currently have three usergroups, Administrator, Moderator, and Master of RP's. Unfortunately, the latter group doesn't show up on the forum legend. I tried changing the skin, the founder tried changing the forum version, I checked "Color Group Members." We of the Administration team are about to rip our hair out trying to solve this problem.
Any help would be appreciated.

Is it a hidden group? Hidden groups don't appear in the legend.

If not, did you try re-synchronizing your forum?

Nope, it's closed.

We tried that before. But I tried it again and it still didn't work.
I take it you can see why we're about to tear our hair out. xD
