It means that your forum has things (piracy/hacking) that breaks the Terms of Service.

Forums that does welcome or promote warez, piracy, hacking, cracking, spamming, attacks against networks or servers, pornography, racial hatred, crimes against humanity, inappropriate activities on the servers, or any other actions which violate any applicable laws, aren't allowed.

You need to remove all content that violates the Terms of Service.

As being in conformity, we've removed all abuses which break the the terms of service. Therefore how can we be informed of stopping cautions about our forum deletion ? If we must send request to a header, would you help us ?

When the date in the message is reached, the litigation team will visit your forum again to check if you removed all violations.
