Display Categories within Categories

Hello everyone, so I have a quick question here regarding the categories. I have the structure set to "Split Categories in Index: Medium". I like the layout on the home page. However, the categories within a category don't show; it shows all of the forums within the first category. Here is my forum link:

The first 4 are supposed to be a category named "Computers". It's in that category, but it's not separated from the other forums

Administration Panel > Display > Homepage > Hierarchy & Structure
Pick the medium one on the bottom row.

I read those and they don't seem to help. Here is the issue:



The highlighted area is in it's own category. But the category doesn't show up here. I don't want to have to create sub-forums, because there isn't a point. There are areas for each message to go, not directly into the category.
