[Only Topic] Attachment wont upload

First topic message reminder :

I just went to update a .xls attachment on a post in which the file size only increased from 18kb to 20kb.
I went into post with edit, deleted the old attachment from this post : http://twwca-gota.forumotion.com/t21-friend-request-workaround-spreadsheet#28 Then i went to upload the updated file and when i click on submit i get this message "Uploaded File is not Valid". I dont understand why it would be invalid when it accepted it the first time and the only difference this time is 2kb in size increase. I have put the file on a file hosting site if you would like to have a look and see why it wont upload. Link to attachment is http://www.filehostfree.com/?d=520432FA1

Please can you find a solution as at the moment with a coding issue this is the only way for me to supply members with the required links to friend requests in the game were playing.

Problem is resolved. 

Problem might be resolved for smurfavr, but its still happening on my forum, so dont go putting this down as solved

I'm reading reports of the bug fixed, can you confirm please?

Also, if it isn't fixed, please clear the cache &  cookies.

Please check and see if this is fixed on your forums.

If it is not fixed, clear your browser's cache and forum's cookies.

If this does not work, please reply to this topic only.

I have cleared chromes cache and deleted forum cookies but im still unable to upload a 20kb .xls file.

Can you please try uploading a smaller .xls file, try one at 10kb?

If then it still doesn't work, a member of staff will have to report the issue to the devs.

There is a new problem. I try to delete a file and gives me this error

Could not delete this attachment as it does not exist.

Uploading and deleting files is working for me with all file sizes and types.

The official report is that it is fixed, so this new issue could be related.

When u go to ur templates (Since you use BB2), click 'force default templates' to yes, and save; does this new error keep occurring?

If you had read my earlier posts i try a 2kb .txt file as well as the one i want to upload everytime and it wont even upload that

Do you have the storage space for new attachments?

As you can see from the image there is plenty of space for a 20kb file

Is anybody attempting to solve this issue. I have done everything that has been asked to do and yet I still have this problem of not even being able to upload a 2kb .txt file

Please send me a test account by private message that has access to the administration panel.

Edit:

After using the test account and testing the attachments, I believe there is an issue with the xls file itself because I was able to attach another file from my computer.

I was looking to see where to mark this as solved but havnt been able. So if you would like you can mark this as solved or move it to where you need too.
