Re: Incorrect timezone
It is for all the forums I visit for my profile. Like here, I have it set in my preferences to be Hawaii time zone, but it shows all the post time stamps one hour earlier.

Re: Incorrect timezone
I believe a few of the timezones are a little off, for example Argentina is an hour ahead. I believe the techs are aware of this and other timezones being incorrect but there had been no word on when an update will be provided.

Re: Incorrect timezone
Ok thanks! I hope they can correct it soon. As an admin it is important to know when things are actually posted for contests and such

Re: Incorrect timezone
You could tell you members to exactly post the correct time in the their posts for contests.
Can we consider this solved now?

Re: Incorrect timezone
It's on all forumotion forums, not just mine. Even here, if I go into my preferences it shows this:
and aside from it being a problem with contests, it's just annoying and should be easily fixed.

Re: Incorrect timezone
Well when Forumotion changed the system that was being used I believe last year, some time information was not correct. I do not know if the techs fixed them yet.

Re: Incorrect timezone
Buttercup, you could probably link this issue with a previously reported issue, and still unresolved for Western Australia, as we like the EU have many different time zones when it comes to DST - 1 state doesn't even have it

It was reported by Leeloo our previous communications officer.
