1. How to know the version of a forum in which you are not an admin? I get confused in phpbb2 n 3..
2. If A adds B as a foe, A will not see B but will B see A ?

1. Ask a staff member what version it is.
2. I believe B will see A. B will have to add A to their foe list.

Re: Knowing Forum version and Foe management
For me, I open the browser console(F12) and check the elements of the forum.
You should specifically look for the forum wrapper, as for each version it is unique.
For phpbb2 : .bodylinewidth
For phpbb3 : #wrap
For punbb : .pun
For Invision : #ipbwrapper

Greetings,
For the foe issue, there is not a way for A to block B, and neither of them will see each other unless, B blocks A as well.
Sorry.
Re: Knowing Forum version and Foe management
I believe if you add someone to your foe list, they will not know that you did it. They might figure it out when they try to send you a pm or write on your wall (profile).
