photshop software free?

is there a way of getting this free or a similar software from a reliable source

Photoshop have a trial verison for 30 days, you can use them and you will see if it is good for you. I actually dont know other softwares similar, excepting Ilustrator for logo and vectorial graphics.

Hi, I did find similar softwares, but Google is perhaps the best answer by typing "free graphic design software" and by searching what we want ... as type of software (Gimp, photofiltre, photoshop...)

Problems however when we search online as we don't know any reliable source.
For me the most reliable source, is the official website releasing the software,

but again, by using Google you can check for "reliable" sources... but in this case you need common sense and good judgement.

You have to pay for Adobe PhotoShop. Obtaining it for free is illegal, as far as I know.

when I didn't have Photoshop, Gimp was the best in my opinion it's a little bit complicated but once you get the hang of it, it's quite easy.

Forgot to mention if you can't afford the full version of Photoshop Adobe offers the program for a monthly payment or something like that I was told once. You can also look into that if you are interested.

Indeed, all free downloads (if payable versions exist), are by extraction illegal.
Unless the software is free itself to start with and are available for download on the project's software.

Yes, any cracked version is illegal but every month you can reinstall Photoshop and get something like a free version. From what I know, GIMP is a free software, when I started 4 years ago, I had to choose between Photoshop and GIMP and GIMP was free and easy but can't do the same effects like photoshop.

i use paint shop pro myself for past 10 years ..they also have trial download

I'd personally search flea markets or yard sales, there surely you could find CD Roms of the softwares you want (or in specialized stores selling old computer software)

Depending on what you want to do you can also use PIXLR it's on line and it's free.

I've been using Gimp for several years now. It's free and open source. It's got a Photoshop like add-on too to make it easier for people to work with if they're used to Photoshop.

Photoshop cs2 is free and legal for some time now.
You can search for it, just you need to register at adobe page and got code for photoshop cs2

It looks interesting, I bought my Photoshop CS6 and no photoshop its like it to be honest, I really enjoy his black theme which is better than white versions, this is why I bought it because arent a lot of differences ( Blending Options is one of them)

If you are looking for a complete free to use thing then its not so good. Till you dont get the paid version you can use some online sites for editing task.

GIMP is usually the default go-to alternative for anyone looking for Photoshop. and of course its free!
As for me licensed soft better for its stability, im using aurorahdr soft as a GIMP alternative and its fine (for now )

Me, I use Photoshop CS6 Portable, I don't know if it's legal, but the version Portable isn't complete and it is free. ^^

Adobe is giving away the complete CS2 package for free!

I'm using Corel Paintshop Pro x8 ultimate and I bought it with a licence and that wil not expire and it is really nice to work with
Also bought FastFlick from corel with some templates now in Windows 10 the windows moviemaker is not available anymore but I bought it with a reduce of 50% from the corel website

Excists very little free programs that are reliable most of them you also need to download from sources that brings some adware or PUP's if you don't know.

But to be sure you're not downloading malware, adware or other bad stuf with it I would highly recommended you download Unchecky first, so it can protect you from these hidden or unwanted programs, toolbars, searchpages you don't want.

I've been using Gimp for many many years now and I love it and I love how customizable it is

I have heard Gimp is a great tool to work with although I have never used it.

I downloaded photoshop some time ago but my PC couldn't run it since is kinda old and a bit creepy. I am actually considering trying gimp out

As the OP said already you can try for free 1 month trail vresion.

Adobe also made a very old version of photoshop free (I think css3), its old, but it still works for the basic tools. I know its adobe who made it free, cause they provide a permanent and free activation code for the software on their website.

Have you tried this app? I can use photoshop for almost everything related to background or colors. But when it comes to portrait editing like removing second chin or wrinkles I use retouchme. Way much easier than in photoshop.

Affinity Designer and Affinity Photo are both very inexpensive and are made by a developer of PhotoShop. They are really great programs. Google them and check it out
