Re: Redeem Credits Code Issue
This is the standard message from Forumotion saying that the website does not exist. What is the website you tried to add and apply the codes to? Could you provide the link?

Re: Redeem Credits Code Issue
Ok, well what is happening is that is your forum. But when you are applying the credits, it is trying to apply them to zzz.forumotion.com which isn't a valid forumotion website. So when applying the code for your credits, make sure it is directing them to your forum and not to another forum address. This could be what is causing this issue to occur. Because in your image, it is showing the error for not finding the website with the address "zzz.forumotion.com" which doesn't appear to be the link for your forum.
Do you get what I mean?

Re: Redeem Credits Code Issue
Hmm, I am not sure what to say. Over the time I have used Forumotion and purchased credits I have never had an issue such as this occur. I will do some research to try to find out the issue but I cannot guarantee results but I will do my best.
