Positioning of forum titles & descriptions?

Currently, the titles and descriptions of forums are starting on a certain top of each bar, like this:



I would like to have the text and description aligned from the middle, next to the image, like this:



Could someone help me with this? Thanks a lot!

Admin Panel > Display > Pics and colors > Colors > CSS Stylesheet:

That code also doesn't stop the category titles from moving as well...

All i can see is what you wanted. Can you be more specific on what you don't want to move please?

Alright, what happens is that the title of the category also moves down, which results in the red bar getting bigger:



Notice the extra space above 'About', compared to underneath 'About'. (It appears that 'Topics', 'Posts' and 'Last Posts' are still centered in the middle though.)
