can some one help me to design a landing page ..... with great effects including facebook script and register 

and also redirect to forum or other category

equal to welcome page ...... where instead of portal it lands to link removed - Sir Chivas.  there in main page will b a redirect link to go to forum ...

Well you can create an html page in ACP-->Modules-->HTML Pages management, create a new html page and make sure you tick 'make this html page my homepage'.
