new title

On our Portal page, if you look precisely beneath the very top header tag..there is wording installed by th owner that describes our forum ..it shows up in white lettering..but, if not logged in, the last three words in the description are linked to another spam website, 
 namely, roverebay...  I tried to fix in when logged in the administration panel but the problem is not occuring in the forum when logged in.  I only see it on the portal page and only when logged out.

Could you provide a link to your forum so we can see what exactly it is you are describing? This will help make it easier to understand what your issue is as I haven't heard of this happening before so I would like to see it to help you out.
