general public

Hi there. Can someone tell me if there is a way of stopping the general public from reading posts without becoming a member please.

Hello,

This can be done in ACP-->General-->Categories and forums go the section(s) you don't want guests to read, hit the little yellow gear looking icon, go to permissions, untick where it says 'Can read the topics' untick the box under column but next to guests.
Hit save, repeat for each section.
