Insert Forum Badges in Profiles

Hello, I accidentally deleted a profile option in which it allows an admin to insert a contest winner badge by going to the said profile and inserting the image inside so it displays on their profile. I tried recreating the option, which I did, but I believe I did it wrongly because the image isn't showing. It is showing the url inside the and not the image itself. Help on how I can properly set it up, please?

What type of profile filed did you create?

I tried many options..I tried everything but I can't find the proper combination. Basically what I'm looking for is the proper combination to be able to insert as many images I want by going to the said profile and insert the image URL inside [img][/img] so it appears on their profile.
