Cannot connect to my forum admin pannel

Hey

I cannot authenticate to my forum admin pannel

When trying to reset password it msg to disallow in the admin pannel thr reset password function, but i cannot authenticated
so for now i am not only cannot authenticate i am also block 

please help me out asap and send me the reset password to my email:

Just a friendly reminder, don't post your foundation email in public as they might get hacked. You should edit and remove it on your post.
