i am wanting to delete the following domain http://www.socialchatplanet.com/
i have entered delete in admin panel and the request went through on Saturday but so far the domain has not been deleted.
anyone know how long it should take as i am wanting to re-list my forum under a different theme but cannot do anything until the deletion is complete.

Re: domain deletion
You need staff member they can look into it for you. Someone a while back had this issue too and it was easily solved when they (staff) looked into it. It usually should not take this long. How ever they could be backed up and what not.
Re: domain deletion
Hello
You can delete your domain name. For that you should send me a private message with the following information:
- Url of your forum
- Domain name
- Personal information of your domain name (Name, address, phone number and email)
- Your foundation email (email used to create the forum)
- Link of this topic
However, you have to know that deleting a domain name can have very bad consequences on your traffic and forum SEO. You'll lose Google rank and you'll risk to lose members.
If you decide to remove it, we highly advise you to create a global announcement on your forum to announce the change and then send a newsletter.
Be also careful, we don't transfer domain name outside.
Best regards

If you've sent the information to Buttercup then it'll probably be Tuesday before it happens because I believe tomorrow (Monday) is a public holiday in France and the ProAdmins won't be in.
