New registrations

Hello-

We at bipolar4lifesupport.forumotion.com are having trouble with new people registering. Someone tried to register and tried two usernames and both came back saying already taken. The other Administrator searched our members and didn't find either username being used. Other new people have had the same problem.

Try disabling this option: Admin Panel --> Security -->  Unauthorize subscriptions made with the most commonly used spam usernames. :  --> No --> Save

It should then allow the people to sign up.

Along with what our Derri suggested, you could also try ACP-->General->Censoring-->Username Censoring

Make sure no part of the username they are trying to use is on that list .

AP > Users & Usergroups > Users > Inactive List
